Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
We work with established carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, as appropriate for the order and destination.
The standard estimated transit time is 5–9 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary according to destination, carrier operations and local delivery arrangements.
Tracking notifications are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout at key stages, including dispatch, arrival at carrier facilities and local delivery, where tracking updates are available.

Delayed, Missing or Undelivered Orders
If an order exceeds the standard estimated transit time or tracking indicates an unexpected delay, please contact us at control@hangandshut.com.
We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, investigate the matter with the carrier. Following the findings and circumstances, we may arrange a replacement or a full refund.
These arrangements do not limit any mandatory delivery, cancellation or refund rights applicable under law. Where an order is lost or not delivered within the legally applicable period, the remedies available to the customer will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to goods remains with Hangandshut until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and delivery, subject to applicable law. No provision in these terms transfers the risk of loss or damage merely because the goods have been handed to a carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For consumers purchasing online in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal generally allows cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, please email control@hangandshut.com within the applicable period and clearly state your intention to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your order number and the product concerned.
